About this tool: Open-book practice tests built around fictional educational pesticide labels created by Pest Control Tests LLC. These labels are training props β€” they follow the federally-mandated FIFRA label structure (front panel, first aid, precautionary statements, PPE, directions for use, rate tables, etc.) so that studying them teaches the same label-reading skill the certification exam tests, but every brand, manufacturer, EPA registration number, and specific rate is invented for educational purposes. Active ingredients reference real chemistry (e.g., lambda-cyhalothrin) because applicators need to learn the real chemical classes for the exam; product-specific details (concentrations, restrictions, intervals) are fictional and do not correspond to any real product. For actual pesticide application, always read the current label of the actual EPA-registered product you are using. If you spot a typo or formatting issue in a training label, email us at support@pestcontroltests.com.
